高烈度地区某大底盘多塔层间隔震高层建筑结构方案选型及设计*

[摘要]为达到建筑使用品质及抗震性能的协调统一,在高烈度地区大底盘多塔高层建筑结构采用层间隔震技术是一种有效的解决方案。通过对某大底盘多塔高层建筑的结构方案比选分析,最终采用层间隔震技术方案,并对其地震反应及抗震性能进行了分析研究。结果表明:层间隔震技术整体减震效果良好,可以大幅减小地震反应,是提高结构抗震安全性的有效手段;综合考虑项目结构特点、经济性及建筑品质的提升,在高烈度区大底盘多塔结构中采用层间隔震技术是一种优选的实施方案;最后针对大底盘层间隔震技术的组合隔震方案、隔震支座附加弯矩、支座抗拉装置等若干关键技术问题进行讨论,可为类似工程实践提供参考。

Structural scheme selection and design of an isolated high-rise building structure with a large chassis and multiple tower-layer in a high-intensity region

Abstract:In order to achieve the harmonization of the quality of the building and the seismic performance, it is an effective solution to adopt the story isolation technique in the large chassis and multiple tower-layer high-rise building structure in high intensity region. Through the comparison and analysis of the structural schemes of a large chassis  multiple tower-layer high-rise building, the ultimate seismic isolation scheme was adopted, and its seismic response and seismic performance were analyzed and studied. The results show that the overall seismic isolation effect of the story isolation technique is good, which can greatly reduce the seismic response, and is an effective means to improve the seismic safety of the structure; Considering the structural characteristics of the project, the improvement of the economy and the quality of the building, the use of story isolation technique in the large chassis multiple tower-layer structure in the high intensity region is an optimal scheme; Finally, several key technical issues such as the combined seismic isolation scheme of large chassis story isolation technique, the additional bending moment of the  isolator, and the tensile device of the isolator were discussed, which can provide reference for similar engineering practices.
