粤港澳地区超高层结构抗风设计若干问题

[摘要]通过提炼汇总及逐项解读,对粤港澳三地规范体系中关于风荷载计算方法及其主要影响参数,以及风致位移响应和加速度控制标准等方面进行了系统对比。通过假想案例对三地规范风致位移角控制的宽严程度进行了比较,结果表明三地控制原则存在一定差异,粤规范控制标准居中。基于某突破粤规范限值的真实案例,从结构整体稳定、抗震性能、非结构构件及机电设备需求等方面探讨了风致位移角突破规范限值的可行性;并介绍了由此引起风振加速度偏大时的应对方案,建议视乎项目定位及对舒适度的需求标准,而考虑采用TSD等吸能减振措施改善结构的风振舒适度。

Some issues about wind-resistant design for super high-rise building structures in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao  Area

Abstract:Through refining, summarizing and item-by-item interpretation, a systematic comparison was made of wind load calculation methods and their main influencing parameters, as well as wind-induced displacement response and acceleration control standards in  Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao code systems. Through imaginary cases, the degree of control of the wind-induced displacement angle of the three places was compared, and the results show that there are some differences in the control principles of the three places, and  Guangdong code control standard is in the medium position. Based on a real case that exceeded  Guangdong code limit value, the feasibility of breaking the wind-induced displacement angle beyond the code limit value was discussed from the aspects of overall structural stability, seismic performance, and requirements for non-structural components and mechanical and electrical equipment; and the countermeasures were introduced for the conditions of the too high wind vibration acceleration. It is suggested that depending on the project positioning and the requirements for comfort, energy absorption and vibration reduction measures such as tuned sloshing damper (TSD) were considered to improve the wind vibration comfort of the structure.
