武汉归元寺商业综合体项目地下室顶板汽车等效荷载分析

[摘要]武汉归元寺商业综合体项目利用市政道路下的地下空间,把被市政道路分割的4个独立地下室整合成一个大的整体地下室,地下室顶板作为市政道路的支承结构,顶板汽车荷载取值是本项目的重点。对作用在地下室顶板上的公路-Ⅰ级和公路-Ⅱ级车辆荷载进行了等效荷载分析,考虑了2.5~9.0m范围共8种不同板跨和0~4.0m范围共8种不同覆土厚度的影响,并给出了相应的等效荷载以及考虑覆土厚度影响的折减系数。介绍了武汉市消防车基本情况,发现芬兰博浪涛101m登高平台车的重量大于公路-Ⅰ级车辆荷载的数值,因此对可能作用在地下室顶板上的芬兰博浪涛101m登高平台车也进行了等效荷载分析。与《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB 50009—2012)比较得出,当覆土厚度≥2.4m时,计算得到的部分考虑覆土厚度影响的折减系数比荷载规范值大,这可能是分析采用多排多列车辆布置的原因,应谨慎对待工程设计取值。

Analysis of vehicle equivalent load on basement roof in commercial complex project near Guiyuan Temple in Wuhan

Abstract:The commercial complex project near Wuhan Guiyuan Temple uses the underground space under the municipal roads to integrate the 4 independent basements divided by the municipal roads into a large overall basement. The basement roof is used as the supporting structure of the municipal roads. The value of the vehicle load on basement roof is the key of the project. Equivalent load analysis of highway-level Ⅰ and highway-level Ⅱ vehicle loads acting on the basement roof was considered, taking into account impacts of a total of 8 different plate spans ranging from 2.5m to 9.0m and a total of 8 different cover thicknesses ranging from 0 to 4.0m. The corresponding equivalent load and the reduction factor considering the influence of the thickness of the cover were given. The basic situation of Wuhan fire trucks was introduced to find that the weight of Finland Bronto 101m skylift vehicle was greater than the value of highway-level Ⅰ vehicle load. Therefore, the equivalent load analysis was conducted of Finland Bronto 101m skylift vehicle which might act on the basement roof. Compared with the Load code for the design of building structures (GB 50009—2012), when the thickness of the cover was no less than 2.4m, some of the calculated reduction factor considering the influence of the thickness of the cover was greater than the load specification value, which might be attributed to multiple rows of the vehicles arrangement. Therefore, engineering design values should be treated with caution.
