某超限高层建筑宽梁转换体系设计

[摘要]贵阳保利国际广场3号楼为结构体系特别不规则的超限高层建筑,其上部不规则布置的剪力墙与下部裙房大柱网之间的荷载传递较为复杂,需要设置高位转换层。为明确整体结构荷载传递路径,缓解高位转换产生的刚度弱化,提高结构整体抗震性能,本工程采用宽梁转换体系。根据相关规范及技术要点要求,先从整体上对结构进行抗震性能分析,再结合有限元软件对结构中至关重要却相对薄弱的转换层楼板及转换梁进行了详细有限元分析,最后依据相关规范对宽梁转换构件进行设计及复核。结果表明,该宽梁转换体系的设计符合规范要求,可供其他工程中转换层设计参考。

Design of wide beam transfer system in an out-of-code high-rise building

Abstract:The Building 3 of Poly International Plaza in Guiyang is an out-of-code high-rise building with a particularly irregular structural system. The load transfer between the irregular shear wall on the upper part and the large column network of the lower podium is complex, so it is necessary to set a high-level transfer layer. The wide beam transfer system is adopted in the project in order to define the load transfer path of the whole structure, alleviate the stiffness weakening caused by high-level transfer, and improve the overall seismic performance of the structure. According to the relevant specifications and technical requirements, the seismic performance of the structure was analyzed on the whole, and then the finite element software was used to conduct the detailed finite element analysis on the transfer layer and transfer beam, which were very important but relatively weak in the structure. At last, the wide beam transfer members were designed and rechecked according to relevant codes. The results show that the design of the wide beam transfer system meets the requirements of the code, which can be used as a reference for the design of transfer layer in other projects.
