超高层公寓楼结构体系选型及大偏心节点分析

[摘要]针对超高层建筑特点,进行了结构体系比选,对比了不同结构体系的技术和经济指标。结果显示,混合结构体系造价较现浇钢筋混凝土结构高30%以上,伸臂桁架对现浇钢筋混凝土结构的刚度影响不显著。同时,对于梁、柱大偏心节点进行了分析和ABAQUS数值模拟。结果表明,根据规范公式验算的节点核心区抗剪强度满足要求,且柱截面应力分布可以满足平截面假定,节点区梁、柱的混凝土应力相差不大,偏心节点模型和不偏心节点模型的楼板均能够与梁柱共同作用。最后对大偏心节点提出了不加腋时的加强措施。

Structural system selection and analysis of super high-rise apartment building and large eccentric joint analysis

Abstract:According to the characteristics of super high-rise buildings, the structural systems were compared and selected, and the technical and economic indicators of different structural systems were compared. The results show that the cost of the hybrid structural system is more than 30% higher than the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structure, and the outriggers has no significant effect on the stiffness of the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structure. At the same time, large eccentric beam-column joints were analyzed and ABAQUS numerical simulations were performed. The results show that the shear strength of the joint core area verified according to the standard formula meets the requirements, and the stress distribution of the column section can meet the assumption of a flat section. The concrete stresses of beams and columns in the joint area are not much different. Both the eccentric joint model and the non-eccentric joint model can work together with the beam and column. Finally, strengthening measures were proposed for large eccentric joints without welded haunch.
