[摘要]为合理利用震后建筑废物,研究再生粗骨料混凝土的基本物理和力学性能,进行了钢筋再生混凝土梁的抗弯性能研究。分析了再生粗骨料取代率和配筋率对其受力性能的影响,比较了试件的载荷-位移曲线和承载力计算结果,得到了试件的裂缝扩展与试件参数间的对应关系。结果表明:再生粗骨料取代率越大,混凝土内部缺陷越复杂,钢筋再生混凝土梁刚度越低,试件破坏时裂缝数量越多,变形能力越强但仍符合平截面假定。根据再生混凝土的应力-应变关系,利用数值计算方法对钢筋再生混凝土梁的变形过程进行分析,建立了试件承载力的理论计算公式,其结果试验结果符合较好,且其分析方法安全可行,研究成果可为再生混凝土的工程应用提供参考。

Analysis of mechanical properties of recycled concrete beams made from post-earthquake construction waste

Abstract:In order to make rational use of the post-earthquake construction waste and to study the basic physical and mechanical properties of recycled coarse aggregate concrete, the flexural performance of reinforced recycled concrete beams was studied. The influence of the replacement rate and reinforcement ratio of recycled aggregate on the mechanical properties was analyzed, the load displacement curve and the bearing capacity calculation results of the specimens were compared, and the corresponding relationship between the crack propagation and the parameters of the specimens were obtained. The results show that the larger the replacement rate of recycled aggregate is, the more complex the internal defects of concrete are, the lower the rigidity of reinforced recycled concrete beam is, the more cracks are when the specimen is damaged, the stronger the deformation ability is, and it still conforms to the assumption of plane section. According to the stress-strain relationship of recycled concrete, the deformation process of reinforced recycled concrete beam was analyzed by numerical calculation method, and the theoretical calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the specimen was established. The results were in good agreement with the experimental results, and the analysis method was safe and feasible. The research results could provide reference for the engineering application of recycled concrete.
