集装箱模块化建筑的抗侧刚度和设计原则*

[摘要]一种由可回收型的集装箱改造而得来的模块化建筑在国内外节能环保建筑领域得到越来越多的应用,因此用于住宅及办公的集装箱模块化建筑应运而生。为了提升集装箱模块化建筑的广泛应用性,首先从集装箱模块化建筑抗侧刚度出发,对单个集装箱的竖向和水平传力特点进行了分析。在此基础上,对多层多跨并列式的集装箱模块化建筑的受力特点和设计原则进行了探讨。最后采用SAP2000软件,进行了集装箱建筑的算例分析。结果表明,集装箱模块化建筑上长梁及顶板均由挠度控制设计,下长梁及底板均由强度控制设计,柱由承载力控制设计。

Lateral stiffness and structural design principles of container modular buildings

Abstract:A modular building derived from recyclable containers has been increasingly used in the field of energy-saving and environmentally friendly construction at home and abroad. Therefore, container modular buildings for residential and office emerged at the historic moment. In order to improve the wide application of container modular buildings, the vertical and horizontal force transmission characteristics of a single container were first analyzed based on the lateral stiffness of the container modular buildings. Based on this, the mechanical characteristics and design principles of a multi-story, multi-span parallel container modular building were discussed. Finally, SAP2000 software was used to analyze the calculation examples of container buildings. The results show that the upper long beam and the top slab of the container modular building are controlled by deflection design, the lower long beam and the bottom slab are controlled by strength design, and the columns are controlled by bearing capacity design.
