[摘要]对某行政办公楼进行新增外挂电梯的改造设计,对比分析了多种改造的结构方案。针对最终方案确定相关关键参数,采用振型分解反应谱法分析了新增结构对原结构在小震作用下结构整体指标的影响程度,通过静力弹塑性分析给出了结构能力谱与需求谱的关系,判断结构在大震作用下的性能状态。分析结果表明:当新增结构抗侧刚度较大时,不同材料阻尼比的确定是关键; 新增电梯对整体结构在小震和大震作用下的承载能力和变形能力的影响并不明显,但需对局部构件进行加固。

Reconstruction design of a newly added external elevator in an administrative office building

Abstract:The reconstruction design of a newly added external elevator in an administrative office building was carried out, and a variety of reconstruction structural schemes were compared and analyzed. The relevant key parameters were determined in view of the final scheme, and the mode decomposition response spectrum method was used to analyze the impact of the new structure on the overall index of the original structure under the action of frequent earthquakes. The relationship between the structural capacity spectrum and the demand spectrum was given through the static elastoplastic analysis to judge the performance state of the structure under the action of rare earthquakes. The results show that when the lateral stiffness of the new structure is large, the determination of the damping ratio of different materials is the key; the influence of the newly added elevator on the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the whole structure under frequent and rare earthquakes is not obvious, but the local components need to be reinforced.
