[摘要]基于多桩型复合地基理论,将长短桩应用于复合桩基的加固设计中。针对某高层住宅楼桩基承载力不足的问题,分析了原因,对桩基加固设计方案选择进行了比选,提出了采用补较长钻孔灌注桩加固处理预应力管桩基础的方案,并对该加固方案进行了计算分析。监测结果表明,沉降变形稳定,未出现不均匀沉降及主体结构倾斜,取得了良好的加固处理效果。

Application of multi-type & long-short pile composite foundation in pile foundation reinforcement of high-rise building

Abstract:Based on the theory of multi-type pile composite foundation, the long-short piles are applied to the reinforcement design of composite pile foundation. In view of the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of pile foundation of a high-rise residential building, the reasons were analyzed, and the design schemes of pile foundation reinforcement were compared and selected. The scheme of prestressed pipe pile foundation reinforced by long bored pile was put forward, and the reinforcement scheme was calculated and analyzed. The monitoring results show that the settlement deformation is stable, there is no uneven settlement and the main structure is not inclined, and good reinforcement effect is achieved.
