常州工学院新校区师生活动中心复杂结构设计

[摘要]常州工学院新校区师生活动中心是一栋建筑造型独特的综合性校园建筑,主要功能为音乐厅、师生活动中心以及相关的配套用房等。从总体的建筑平面和立面布置来看,音乐厅和师生活动中心是两个相对独立的功能体块,但二者之间又有一定的联系。首先两者在2层平台是功能相通的,其次,在各自的钢筋混凝土屋面之上,二者还共同覆盖有一个完整联通的钢结构屋盖。本工程通过设置防震缝及自适应隔振机构层等结构构造措施,通过三个相对简单的结构体系的组合实现了复杂的建筑造型,合理地规避了宏观的抗震不规则项,将结构抗震设计要求与建筑造型进行了有机结合。

Design of complex structure of teacher and student activity center of the new campus of  Changzhou Institute of Technology

Abstract:The teacher and student activity center of the new campus of Changzhou Institute of Technology is a comprehensive campus building with a unique architectural shape. Its main functions include a concert hall, a teacher and student activity center and related supporting rooms. Judging from the overall architectural plan and elevation layout, the concert hall and the teacher and student activity center are two relatively independent functional blocks, but there is a certain connection between the two. Firstly, the two are functionally connected on the second-floor platform, and secondly, on the respective reinforced concrete roof, the two are also covered with a completely connected steel structure roof. This project has adopted structural construction measures such as seismic joints and adaptive vibration isolation mechanism layers, and achieved a complex building shape through the combination of three relatively simple structural systems, which reasonably evaded the macro-seismic irregularities and integrated the requirements for seismic design of the structure with the building model.
