济南东站复杂双曲面屋盖结构方案比选及分析*

[摘要]济南东站屋盖为全覆盖复杂双曲面落地拱结构体系,屋盖跨度为122~156m,长度为406-6m。为满足建筑构想,通过线型比选确定抛物线作为双曲面的线型,采用数学解析方程定义双曲面抛物线拱。考虑技术指标以及经济性,对比了屋盖4种支撑体系,最终确定了10-2m标高处增加立柱方案。分析表明屋盖结构的稳定满足规范要求,结构刚度较大,用钢量指标经济性较好。该方案屋盖最大跨度为156m,刷新了国内高铁客站的结构跨度,为以后类似高铁客站屋盖结构的设计提供了参考。

Schemes comparison selection and analysis of  complex hyperboloid roof structure in Jinan East Railway Station

Abstract:The roof  of Jinan East Railway Station  is a fully covered complex hyperboloid linked-to-ground arch structural system, with a roof span of 122~156m and a length of 406-6m. In order to satisfy the architectural conception, parabola was determined as hyperbolic line type by line type comparison and selection, and hyperbolic parabola arch was defined by mathematical analytic equation. Considering the technical index and economy, four kinds of roof supporting systems were compared, and the scheme of adding columns at the elevation of 10-2m was finally determined. The analysis shows that the stability of the roof structure meets the requirements of the code, the structural rigidity is large, and the steel consumption index is economic. In this scheme, the maximum span of the roof is  156m, which refreshes the structural span of domestic high-speed railway passenger station, and provides a reference for the design of similar high-speed railway passenger station roof structure in the future.
