珠海横琴铁建广场项目四塔高位连体结构设计

[摘要]珠海横琴铁建广场项目属于四塔高位连体超高层,结构存在较多不规则类型。高度和动力特性相差较大的四栋塔楼之间连接形式的选择以及钢结构连桥结构设计是本项目要解决的重要设计问题。经过方案比选,对选定的连桥连接形式和滑动支座、阻尼器的设计原则进行了分析和计算验证,最终设计基本做到了结构体系安全、合理、经济。减隔震技术的使用,有效地减小了小震和风荷载作用下连桥支座位移,使得连桥在大震下受力更加均匀,减小了连桥与塔楼之间的相互作用,取得了良好的经济效益。

Design of high-elevation connected four-tower structure for Hengqin Tiejian Plaza Project in Zhuhai

Abstract:Hengqin Tiejian Plaza Project in Zhuhai belongs to the high-elevation connected four-tower super tall structure with many irregular patterns in the structure. Important design problems to be solved in this project include the selection of connection form between four towers with large difference in height and dynamic characteristics as well as the structural design of steel structure bridge. After the scheme comparison and selection, the selected connection form of the bridge, the design principle of sliding bearing and damper were analyzed and verified by calculation. The final design basically achieved the safety, rationality and economy of the structural system. The application of the technology of vibration reduction and isolation design effectively reduces the displacement of the bearing of the bridge under the action of frequent earthquake and wind load, to make the bridge bear more uniform forces under the action of rare earthquake and reduce the interaction between the bridge and the tower, and obtain good economic benefits.
