半刚性连体结构在成都绿地航校项目中的应用

[摘要]成都绿地航校项目由两栋117m高、相距23m的超高层住宅,及顶部17m高的天际连体别墅组成,其功能组合在国内是首次出现。该建筑外形“头重脚轻”,建筑平面呈L形,剪力墙厚度仅200mm,且别墅层和住宅层竖向构件完全不对应,采用通常结构体系很难实现。设计中创新性地采用了“半刚性”连体方案,利用住宅屋面与天际别墅之间的架空区域,设置了12个钢支撑筒来承托上部转换桁架,并利用钢支撑筒的变形能力来协调两栋塔楼的相对变形。计算结果表明,“半刚性”连体方案的位移和刚度与没有天际别墅的单栋住宅塔楼非常接近,避免了因传统刚性连体结构刚度和地震力急剧增大而导致塔楼200mm厚剪力墙破坏的问题。该方案不仅解决了建筑和结构的诸多矛盾,还具有很好的经济效益。

Application of semi-rigid connected structure  in Chengdu Greenland Hangxiao Project

Abstract:Chengdu Greenland Hangxiao Project is composed of two super high-rise residences with a height of 117m and a distance of 23m, and a 17m high skyline connected villa on the top of the building. The combination of residential tower plus connected villa is first used in China. The building has a top-heavy appearance, the building plane is L-shaped, the thickness of shear wall is only 200mm, and the vertical components of villa floor and residential floor are totally different, so it is difficult to achieve by using the usual structural system. An innovative semi-rigid connected system was used in the design. Using the overhead area between the residential roof and the skyline villa, 12 steel supporting tubes were set to support the upper transfer truss, and the deformation capacity of the steel tubes was used to coordinate the relative deformation of the two tower buildings. The analysis results show that the displacement and rigidity of the semi-rigid connected plan are very close to that of a single residential tower without a skyline villa. The new system avoids the problem of the traditional rigid connected system, including the rapid increase of stiffness and seismic force, and the easy failure of 200mm thick shear wall of the tower. This system not only solves many contradictions between architecture and structure, but also has good economic benefits.
