南京某大型商业裙房结构设计

摘 要

[摘要]南京某商业裙房为大体量的超限高层商业建筑,平面呈L形,立面存在多处外挑和内收;建筑功能复杂且存在扭转不规则、偏心布置、楼板不连续、尺寸突变、局部不规则共4项不规则项。建筑采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,通过YJK,MIDAS和SAUSAGE多种计算程序对结构整体进行了弹性和弹塑性计算分析、结构抗震性能化设计、各项专项分析等。计算结果表明,主体结构能达到设定的性能目标要求,结构体系具有有效的耗能机制和良好的抗震性能。

Structural design of a large\|scale commerical podium in Nanjing

Abstract:The large-scale commercial podium in Nanjing is  over-limit high-rise commercial building with an L-shaped plan. The building facade has multiple external picks and introversions. The building function is complex and there are four irregular items,including torsional irregularity, eccentric layout, discontinuous floor, abrupt size change, and local irregularity. The building adopts reinforced concrete frame structure system. Through various calculation programs of YJK, MIDAS and SAUSAGE, elastic and elastoplastic calculation analysis, structural seismic performance design, and various special analyses of the structure were carried out. The calculation results show that the main structure can meet the set performance target requirements, and the structural system has an effective energy dissipation mechanism and good seismic performance.
