免模装配一体化钢筋混凝土结构体系关键技术开发及研究*

[摘要]近年来,我国建筑行业大力推进建筑工业化。为解决钢筋混凝土装配式结构存在的连接整体性等问题,提出一种新型免模装配一体化建筑工业化结构体系(简称PI结构体系),阐述了PI结构体系的技术思路、构件的力学性能试验研究成果,以及在多、高层建筑中的应用。研究及应用结果表明,该结构体系力学性能与现浇体系完全一致,安装简单、快捷,节约工期,具有广阔的应用前景。

Key techniques development and research of formwork-free precast integration system of RC structure

Abstract:In recent years, China's construction industry vigorously promotes construction industrialization. In order to solve the problems of connection integrity of reinforced concrete precast structure, a new type of formwork-free precast integration industrial structural system (PI structure system for short) was proposed. The technical idea of PI structural system, the experimental results of mechanical performance of members, and its application in multi and high-rise buildings were described. The research and application results show that the mechanical properties of the structural system are completely consistent with that of the cast-in-place system, because the installation is simple and fast and the construction period is saved, and it has a broad application prospect.
