高层建筑结构合理构成与高效率结构设计*

[摘要]通过大量高层建筑工程实践及几个典型案例分析表明,充分利用钢与混凝土的性能、建筑创意与结构方案的合理融合、创新技术成果的大胆应用、合理建造成本的控制以及通过技术创新推动超高层建筑工业化的发展等措施,可以有效实现高层建筑结构的合理化及高效率结构设计,从而节省各类资源,具有直接的经济效益及长远的社会效益。最后,提出合理、高效将是结构行业未来的发展方向,坚持创新是一种积极的解决方式。

Reasonable composition and efficient structural design of high-rise building structure

Abstract:Through a large number of high-rise building engineering practices and several typical case studies, it is shown that the rationalization of high-rise building structure and the high-efficiency structural design effectively can be realized by making full use of the performance of steel and concrete, the reasonable integration of architectural originality and structural scheme, the bold application of innovative technological achievements, the control of reasonable construction cost and the measures of promoting the industrialization of super high-rise buildings through technological innovation, thus saving all kinds of resources and having direct economic effect and long-term social benefits. At last, it is pointed out that reasonability and efficiency will be the future development direction of structural industry, and innovation is a positive solution.
