扭剪作用下螺栓群最不利螺栓位置的速判法*

摘 要

[摘要]分析了纯扭、扭矩与竖向剪力、扭矩与水平剪力作用下螺栓群的最不利螺栓位置,指出了扭剪作用下螺栓群的8种工况,并分别分析了8种工况下螺栓群的最不利螺栓位置;基于螺栓的竖向剪力与水平剪力绕螺栓群形心的方向与扭矩方向一致,提出了扭剪作用下螺栓群最不利螺栓位置的速判法。采用速判法判定了梁腹板拼接连接两侧螺栓群的最不利螺栓的位置,指出了该类连接最不利螺栓位置的特点。通过数值算例验证了速判法的正确性。研究表明,扭剪作用下螺栓群最不利螺栓位置的速判法简单且易于操作,最多可节约判定时间75%。

Rapid determination method for the most unfavorable bolt positions in a bolt group subjected to torsion and shear actions

Abstract:The most unfavorable bolt positions of the bolt group under the action of pure torsion, torque and vertical shear force, torque and horizontal shear force were analyzed, and eight kinds of working conditions of the bolt group under the action of torsion and shear were pointed out, and the most unfavorable bolt positions in the bolt group under the eight kinds of working conditions were analyzed respectively. Considering that the direction of the vertical shear force and horizontal shear force around the centroid of the bolt group is the same as the torque direction, a rapid determination method for the most unfavorable bolt positions in the bolt group under the action of torsion and shear was proposed. The position of the most unfavorable bolts of the bolts in the bolt group on both sides of the beam web splicing connection was determined by the rapid determination method, and the characteristics of the most unfavorable bolt positions of this type of connection were pointed out. Numerical examples verified the correctness of the rapid judgment method. The research shows that the rapid determination method of the most unfavorable bolt positions in the bolt group under the action of torsion and shear is simple and easy to operate, which can save the determination time by up to 75%.
