超细石粉对预拌砂浆性能影响的试验研究

[摘要]用超细石粉取代部分水泥应用于预拌砂浆中,探索超细石粉对预拌砂浆工作性能、基本力学性能及抗冻性能的影响。试验结果表明,超细石粉在预拌砂浆中表现出了较好的保水作用,改善了预拌砂浆的工作性能;掺入超细石粉后,预拌砂浆的抗压强度有所降低,但降幅较小;掺入超细石粉对预拌砂浆的抗冻性能有不利影响。综合超细石粉对工作性能、基本力学性能及抗冻性能的影响可知,其最适宜取代率区间为10%~15%。

Experimental study on the effect of superfine stone powder on the performance of ready-mixed mortar

Abstract:The replacement of some cement with superfine stone powder in ready-mixed mortar was carried out to investigate the influence of superfine stone powder on the working property, basic mechanical properties and frost resistance of ready-mixed mortar. The test results show that the superfine stone powder has good water retention in ready-mixed mortar and can improve the working property of ready-mixed mortar. With the superfine stone powder, the compressive strength of mortar decreases, but the decline is small. The superfine stone powder is not conducive to the frost resistance of ready-mixed mortar. The influence of the superfine stone powder on the working performance, basic mechanical properties and frost resistance show that the optimum replacement rate range is 10%~15%.
