南京牛首山佛顶宫大穹顶树状柱结构设计

[摘要]南京牛首山佛顶宫大穹顶由于其特殊的艺术造型要求,采用钢结构树状柱作为大穹顶的主要支撑体系,树状柱与穹顶采用铰接节点连接;为确保结构设计的安全可靠,采用ANSYS软件对树状柱进行了整体非线性稳定分析,结果表明树状柱的承载能力满足设计要求;对树状柱关键节点进行了有限元模拟,结果表明节点设计合理有效;对计算中的模型假定、长度系数取值、荷载取值等基础计算条件进行了介绍,并对计算结果进行了探讨,论证了本项目的合理性及安全性。

Structural design of steel tree-shaped columns of the large dome of Nanjing Niushou Mountain Usnisa Palace

Abstract:Due to the special artistic modeling requirements of the large dome of Nanjing Niushou Mountain Usnisa Palace,the steel tree-shaped-shaped columns were adopted as the main support system of the large dome, and the tree-shaped-shaped columns and the dome are connected by hinge nodes.  To ensure the safety and reliability of the structural design, ANSYS software was used to analyze the overall nonlinear stability of the tree-shaped-shaped column. The results show that the bearing capacity of the tree-shaped-shaped column meets the design requirements. Finite element simulations were performed on the key nodes of the tree-shaped-shaped column, and the results show that the node design is reasonable and effective. The basic calculation conditions such as model assumptions, length coefficient values, and load values were introduced. The calculation results were discussed, and the rationality and safety of the project were demonstrated.
