某医院行政楼高位桁架转换结构体系设计*

[摘要]某医院行政楼项目建筑高度约60m,为大跨度大悬挑钢桁架转换高层建筑结构。主体结构采用钢-混凝土混合结构体系,底部两侧设置剪力墙底座并延至屋顶,4~5层为双层双向桁架转换结构,最大边跨桁架跨度58-8m,最大悬挑16-8m。剪力墙作为主要抗侧力体系可有效抵抗地震作用和风等水平荷载,双层双向桁架转换体系则作为上部结构的支撑转换结构。主要研究了该建筑的结构体系及特点、结构构件的性能目标、整体指标的控制、转换桁架的受力分析、弹性时程分析以及主要抗震构造措施。结果表明:双层双向转换桁架结构有效实现了大跨度大悬挑的结构转换及上部结构支撑,具有良好的受力性能。

Structural system design on the transition truss located at a higher level for the administration building of a hospital

Abstract:The administration building of a hospital is a large-span and large-cantilever steel truss transfer high-rise building with a construction height of about 60m. The main structure adopts the steel-concrete composite structural system. The bases of shear wall are set at both sides of the bottom and extend to the roof. The 4th to 5th floors are double-layer two-way truss transfer structure, with the maximum side span truss span of 58-8m and the maximum cantilever of 16-8m. As the main lateral force resisting system, shear wall can effectively resist  horizontal loads such as earthquake action and wind load, while double-layer two-way truss transfer system is the supporting transfer structure for the superstructure. The structural system and its characteristics of the building, the performance objectives of the structural members, the control of the overall indicators, the mechanical analysis of the transfer truss, the elastic time-history analysis and the main seismic structural measures were studied. The results show that the double-layer two-way transfer truss structure effectively realizes the structural transfer of large-span and large-cantilever structure and the upper structure supporting, and has good mechanical performance.
