[摘要]以长沙市某深基坑工程为实例,在基坑周围区域共布设39个监测点,分别实时监测了坑顶水平位移、周围建筑物沉降、深层侧向位移、地下水位和锚索内力。根据监测结果对各监测项目的变形规律进行了讨论;分析了桩锚支护与土钉支护两种支护结构的变形特点。监测数据和分析结果表明,该工程支护设计方案较优且支护效果较好。监测分析结果较好地确保了在深基坑开挖过程中周围建筑和道路的安全与稳定,对基坑支护设计和开挖施工能及时做出信息反馈,同时表明桩锚支护和土钉支护两种基坑支护形式在长沙地区的适用性,对长沙区域类似深基坑工程具有参考价值。

Monitoring and deformation law research of a deep foundation pit project in Changsha

Abstract:To monitor variations including the top horizontal displacement, the surrounding building settlement, the deep lateral displacement, the underground water level and anchor cable internal forces in a deep foundation pit project in Changsha, 39 monitoring points were arranged around the foundation pit. Deformation laws of monitoring programs as well as deformation characteristics of pile-anchor supporting structures and soil-nailing supporting structures were discussed and analyzed respectively. Monitoring data and analysis suggest that the supporting design scheme of this project is effective. Moreover, the analysis result of monitoring data could guarantee the safety and stability of the surrounding buildings and roads in the deep foundation pit engineering in the process of deep excavation, and provide timely information feedback on the design and construction of foundation pit support and excavation. Finally, results indicate that both the pile-anchor and soil-nailing support are applicable for projects in Changsha district, which can significantly provide reference for similar deep foundation pit projects in Changsha area.
