[摘要]桩基础架空地坪是采用钢筋混凝土梁板和桩基础的一种工业厂房地坪形式,具有承载力高、沉降量小、施工质量可控等优势,适用于软土地区。与传统的地坪相比,架空地坪兼具地坪和楼板的特点,设计比较复杂。基于工程经验,对桩基础架空地坪的设计进行较为系统的总结和分析。对比了不同形式架空地坪布置,对架空地坪中桩基础和地坪板的计算给出建议。通过典型工程实例分析,指出对于沉降要求严格的厂房地坪,架空地坪更具综合的造价优势。最后给出架空地坪设计中一些具体构造做法。

Study on design of pile foundation elevated floor

Abstract:The pile foundation elevated floor is a kind of industrial workshop floor form which adopts reinforced concrete beam slab and pile foundation. It has the advantages of high bearing capacity, small settlement and controllable construction quality, and is suitable for soft soil area. Compared with the traditional floor, the elevated floor has the characteristics of both floor and slab, and the design is complex. Based on the engineering experience, the design of the pile foundation elevated floor was systematically summarized and analyzed. The arrangements of different types of elevated floors were compared, and some suggestions for the calculation of pile foundation and floor slab were given. Through the analysis of typical engineering examples, it was pointed out that the elevated floor has more comprehensive cost advantage for the plant floor with strict settlement requirements. Finally, some detailed construction methods in the design of the elevated floor were given.
