结构用重组竹抗弯性能试验研究

[摘要]基于3根碳化重组竹简支梁和3根非碳化重组竹简支梁的抗弯试验及考虑重组竹材料非线性的理论分析,研究重组竹作为结构构件的抗弯性能。根据重组竹试件的破坏形态与试验结果评估其在极限状态下的承载能力与变形性能,并考虑重组竹材料的非线性特性,提出了重组竹简支梁的极限承载力计算方法。试验结果表明,非碳化重组竹简支梁具有较好的延性性能和较高的抗弯承载能力,完全能满足结构的抗弯性能要求,碳化重组竹梁的极限承载能力因为碳化而有所减弱,且延性性能大大降低,不适合作为结构构件,考虑材料非线性提出的重组竹简支梁抗弯承载能力计算方法与试验结果基本一致。

Experimental research on flexural properties of bamboo scrimber beam

Abstract:Based on the flexural experiments of three carbonated and three non-carbonated bamboo scrimber beams and the theoretical analysis considering the nonlinearity of the bamboo scrimber material, the flexural performance of the bamboo scrimber as the structural member was studied. According to the failure mode and experimental results of the reconstructed bamboo scrimber specimen, the bearing capacity and deformation performance under the limit state were evaluated, and the calculation method of the ultimate bearing capacity of the reconstructed bamboo scrimber simply-supported beam was proposed considering the nonlinear characteristics of the reconstructed bamboo scrimber material. The experimental results show that the non-carbonated bamboo scrimber beam has better ductility and higher flexural capacity, which can fully meet the requirements of the flexural performance of the structure. The ultimate bearing capacity of carbonated bamboo scrimber beam is weakened due to carbonation, and the ductility is greatly reduced, so it is not suitable to be used as the structural member. Considering the material nonlinearity, the calculation method of the flexural capacity of the simply-supported bamboo scrimber beams was basically consistent with the experimental results.
