木构建筑典型榫卯连接刚度分析

[摘要]以木构建筑透榫、半榫和燕尾榫为研究对象,采用有限元方法动态模拟节点低周反复荷载试验,获得不同节点弯矩转角(M-θ)滞回曲线和骨架曲线,拟合出节点刚度退化曲线,并从中观察透榫、半榫和燕尾榫的破坏形式,以及节点构造对计算结果的影响。分析结果给出透榫、半榫和燕尾榫刚度随外荷载和相对变形呈非线性变化,以及不同节点刚度特性的差异性刻画。研究结果可为传统木结构建筑抗震性能研究提供理论基础。

Stiffness analysis on typical mortise-tenon joint in timberwork buildings

Abstract:Taking penetration tenon, haunched tenon and swallow tail tenon of mortise-tenon joint in timberwork buildings as research object, the finite element method was used to dynamically simulate the low-cyclic repeated load test of the joint, to obtain the moment angle (M-θ) hysteretic curves and skeleton curves of different joints. The stiffness degradation curves of the joint were fitted, from which the failure modes of the penetration tenon, haunched tenon and swallow tail tenon were observed, as well as the influence of the joint structure on the calculation results. The results show that the stiffness of penetration tenon, haunched tenon and swallow tail tenon varies nonlinearly with the external load and relative deformation, and the different characteristics of the stiffness of different joints are described. The research results can provide theoretical basis for the study of seismic performance of traditional timberwork structure buildings.
