[摘要]粘结滑移性能对组合楼板受剪承载力影响较大,使用PVA-ECC材料代替传统混凝土,能够有效改善混凝土的脆性,提高组合楼板受剪性能。采用力平衡方法得到缩口型压型钢板-ECC组合楼板剪切力-滑移曲线,合理地考虑ECC与压型钢板接触作用,得到缩口型压型钢板-ECC组合楼板有限元模型,对纵向剪切承载力进行分析,有限元分析与试验结果符合较好,验证了有限元模型的准确性。在此基础上,采用有限元方法对不同剪跨、楼板、压型钢板厚度及PVA-ECC强度等因素进行变参数分析,参考压型钢板混凝土组合楼板纵向剪切承载力计算方法,提出缩口型压型钢板-ECC组合楼板纵向剪切承载力计算公式。

Research on longitudinal shear capacity of ECC composite slabs with closed profiled steel plate

Abstract:The bond slip behavior has a great influence on the shear bearing capacity of composite floor. Using PVA-ECC material instead of traditional concrete can effectively improve the brittleness of concrete and the shear performance of composite floor. By using the method of force balance, the shear force slip curve of the ECC composite slabs with closed profiled steel plate was obtained, and the contact effect between the ECC and the profiled steel plate was considered reasonably, to obtain the finite element model of the ECC composite slabs with closed profiled steel plate. The analysis of the longitudinal shear bearing capacity shows that the finite element analysis and the test results are in good agreement, and the accuracy of the finite element model is verified. On this basis, the finite element method was used to analyze the variable parameters of different shear span, floor slab, profiled steel plate thickness and PVA-ECC strength. Referring to the calculation method of longitudinal shear bearing capacity of concrete composite slabs with profiled steel plate, the calculation formula of longitudinal shear bearing capacity of the ECC composite slabs with closed profiled steel plate was proposed.
