[摘要]通过新版《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规范》(GB 51022—2015)与旧版《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》(CECS 102∶2002)、《钢结构设计标准》(GB 50017—2017)、《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010)及美国相关规范、手册的对比分析,阐述了新版《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规范》(GB 51022—2015)风荷载计算的规定;受弯构件考虑屈曲后强度的计算;梁、柱平面外计算长度的规定,柱平面内计算长度的规定;抗震作用计算和抗震构造措施的理解;檩条隅撑支撑体系设计等内容,总结出设计中对新版《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规范》(GB 51022—2015)应用的几点体会,供设计人员在实际工程中参考使用。

Understanding and analysis of several provisions of Technical code for steel structure of light-weight building with gabled frames (GB 51022—2015)

Abstract:Comparative analyses were conducted on the Technical code for steel structure of light-weight building with gabled frames (GB 51022—2015) and the Technical specification for steel structure of light-weight buildings with gabled frames (CECS 102∶2002), Standard for design of steel structures (GB 50017—2017), Code for seismic design of buildings (GB 50011—2010) and relevant American codes and manuals. The provisions on wind load calculation of the Technical code for steel structure of light-weight building with gabled frames (GB 51022—2015) were expounded, as well as the calculation of flexural members considering post buckling strength, provisions on out-of-plane calculation length of beams and columns, provisions on in-plane calculation length of columns, understanding of seismic action calculation and seismic structural measures, and design of purlin-corner bracing system. The experience of the application of the Technical code for steel structure of light-weight building with gabled frames (GB 51022—2015) was summarized in the design, providing reference for designers in practical projects.
