[摘要]折叠网架结构以内外两层毂盘节点之间的距离构成结构的厚度,以相交于枢轴节点处的剪杆单元作为受力构件。竖向荷载作用下,体系竖向位移和横向位移的变形曲线均为抛物线,精度不低于R2=0-99,纵向位移与二者相比不在一个数量级,可以忽略不计;同一毂盘节点的下移和外扩以及同一横轴上不同毂盘节点的极值下移和极值外扩间均成线性关系,精度不低于R2=0-96。折叠网架结构根据需要通过单元的拼接与组合可以形成不同的体量,其最优跨度组合为沿纵横向均采用奇数跨。

Deformation and span of foldable space trusses

Abstract:The thickness of the foldable space trusses is composed of the distance between the inner and outer hub nodes, and the shear member element intersecting the pivot node is used as the mechanical component. Under the action of vertical load, the deformation curves of vertical displacement and lateral displacement of the system were parabola, the accuracy was not less than R2=0-99, and the longitudinal displacement was not in an order of magnitude compared with the two, which could be ignored; the downward movement and outward expansion of the same hub node and the extreme downward movement and outward expansion of different hub nodes on the same horizontal axis were linear, and the accuracy was not less than R2=0-96. According to the needs of foldable space trusses, different volumes could be formed through the splicing and combination of elements, and the optimal span combination was to adopt odd span along the vertical and horizontal directions.
