混凝土盒式结构体系在高层及超高层结构中的应用及性能分析*

[摘要]介绍了混凝土盒式结构体系的组成、特点及在高层结构中的性能。采用MIDAS软件对8个不同结构形式、结构高度的模型进行对比分析,结果表明在多层及高层结构中,盒式结构的抗震性能相较于框架结构及框架-核心筒结构而言有明显优势,但在超高层结构中,由于结构变形主要是由构件轴向变形导致的,盒式结构并无明显优势,可单独在此高度使用空腹夹层板结构。

Application and analysis of reinforced concrete cassette structure system in high-rise and super high-rise buildings

Abstract:The composition and characteristic of reinforced concrete cassette structural system were introduced as well as its performance in high-rise structures. The comparative analyses of 8 models with different structural forms and heights were conducted through MIDAS software. The analysis results show that the seismic performance of the cassette structure in the multi-layer and high-rise structures has obvious advantages compared with the frame structure and the frame-core-tube structure. However, in the super high-rise structure, since the structural deformation is mainly caused by the axial deformation of the component, the cassette structure has no obvious advantages, and the open-web sandwich slab structure can be used at this height alone.
