深圳国际会展中心超大特殊展厅结构设计

[摘要]深圳国际会展中心是深圳市委市政府布局深圳空港新城“两中心一馆”的三大主体建筑之一,该工程为大型复杂展览建筑。超大特殊展厅作为该项目体量最大的一个5万m2展厅,屋盖结构采用空间管桁架结构体系,下部采用钢框架结构体系。详细介绍了超大特殊展厅钢结构屋盖结构体系的构成,对整体结构进行了动力特性和变形受力性能分析,对在大跨空间结构设计中起控制作用的结构稳定问题进行了分析和研究,对典型复杂铸钢节点和悬挑三角桁架连接节点进行了有限元分析。结果表明,超大特殊展厅钢屋盖结构选型合理,结构安全可靠并具有较好的经济性,可为相关工程设计提供参考。

Structural design of super-large special exhibition hall in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center

Abstract:Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center is one of the three main buildings of ‘two center and one stadium′ of Shenzhen Airport New City planned by Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. The building is large and complex exhibition architecture. Super-large special exhibition hall is the largest in the project with the exhibition area of  50 000m2. Spatial tubular truss structural system is applied in the hall roof, and steel frame structural system is applied in the substructure. The structural system of steel roof of the super-large special exhibition hall was introduced in detail, and the dynamic characteristics and deformation performance of the whole structure were analyzed. The structural stability issue which played a controlling role in the design of large-span spatial structure was analyzed and studied. The finite element analysis was conducted on the typical complex cast steel joints and cantilevered triangular truss joints. The results show that the structural system selection of the steel roof for exhibition hall is reasonable, and its structure is safe and reliable, and it has better economy. This can provide reference for the relevant engineering design.
