[摘要]水泥窑尾预热器塔架是新型干法水泥生产线的标志性建筑,由于荷载条件的不同以及工艺和设备安装的限制,窑尾塔架所采用的中心支撑钢框架结构具有不同于普通民用高层钢结构的特点。依据欧洲抗震设计规范,给出了中心支撑钢框架结构延性抗震设计流程,按规范建议选取结构性能系数,对某水泥窑尾预热器塔架进行了延性抗震设计。结果表明,考虑结构延性显著地降低了设计地震作用,水泥窑尾预热器塔架结构设计更为经济。基于推覆分析方法对所设计的水泥窑尾预热器塔架的延性性能进行了评估,计算得到的结构性能系数均略大于欧洲抗震设计规范给出的结构性能系数的建议值,验证了欧洲抗震设计规范相关条款对水泥窑尾预热器塔架及类似工业建筑延性抗震设计的适用性和合理性。

Ductility-based seismic design method and ductility evaluation for pre-heater tower of cement kiln

Abstract:Pre-heater tower of cement kiln is the landmark structure of the new-style dry process cement production line. Due to special loading conditions and limits by technical requirements and equipment layout, concentric braced steel frames for pre-heater tower have different structural behaviour from common civil high-rise buildings. According to related provisions in European Code for seismic design ductility-based scismic design procedure of concentric braced steel frame structure was designed for a pre-heater tower based on the suggested values for behaviour factor in European Code for seismic design. It was shown that design earthquake action was significantly reduced by considering structure ductility and more economical design was obtained. The ductility of the obtained concentric braced steel frame structure was evaluated by pushover analysis. The behaviour factors calculated were all a little larger than the corresponding values suggested in European Code for seismic design, which verified the applicability and rationality of Eurocode 8 to the ductility-based seismic design of pre-heater towers and similar industrial high-rise steel structures.
