[摘要]国内关于高吨位(41t)登高消防车在板面行驶以及展开扑救状态时的等效荷载缺乏权威的数据资料。在南宁市有关消防部门提供资料及现场测量数据的基础上,利用有限元模拟软件ABAQUS对该车作用于南宁市某项目地下室顶板行车路线所在板块的等效均布荷载进行计算,并且将该消防车在若干情况下(不同车型组合、不同覆土厚度、扑救面等)的均布荷载进行对比研究,得出了等效荷载的相关规律和取值建议,以期为考虑该类型消防车荷载项目的结构设计及规范编制提供参考。

Study on equivalent uniform load for 41-ton lift-up fire engine

Abstract:There is a lack of authoritative data about the equivalent uniform load of heavy (41-ton) lift-up fire engine when it is running on the floor and in the fire-fighting state. Based on the data and field measurement data provided by the relevant fire department of Nanning, the equivalent uniform load of the fire engine acting on the driving route slab of the basement roof of a project in Nanning was calculated by using the finite element simulation software ABAQUS, and the uniform load of the fire engine was compared under several conditions (different vehicle type combinations, different covering soil thicknesses and different fire-fighting surfaces). The relevant laws and recommendations of equivalent load were obtained, in order to provide reference for the structural design and code preparation of the fire engine load.
