柬埔寨国家体育场混凝土结构设计

[摘要]柬埔寨国家体育场混凝土结构主要由索塔、环梁、斜柱及看台组成,其中索塔及环梁、斜柱为罩棚支撑体系,受力复杂,看台为超长混凝土结构。对索塔采用有限元ABAQUS软件分析优化塔身形体、截面及配筋设计,并采用构件设计方法对其配筋进行校核,通过提出一种应用于具有狭小上部截面的索塔锚固结构,创新了拉索与索塔连接节点; 根据环梁、斜柱的受力特点进行针对性的构件设计;介绍了混凝土徐变对罩棚支撑体系的影响;通过设置合理的温度缝、温度应力分析及构造措施等,经济有效地解决了看台超长结构温度应力问题;另外,考虑索塔、环梁、斜柱、看台同时工作,应对看台结构进行包络设计。

Concrete structural design for Morodok Techo National Stadium in the Kingdom of Cambodia

Abstract:The concrete structure of Morodok Techo National Stadium in the Kingdom of Cambodia is mainly composed of cable towers, ring beams, inclined columns and the stand. The cable towers, ring beams and inclined columns are the supporting system of the canopy, which bears complex forces, and the stand is a super-long concrete structure. The shape, cross-section and reinforcement design of the cable towers were analyzed and optimized by finite element software ABAQUS, and the component design method was used to check its reinforcement. The connection joint between cable and cable tower was innovated by proposing a cable tower anchorage structure with narrow upper cross-section. According to the mechanical characteristics of ring beams and inclined columns, the component design was carried out. The influence of concrete creep on the supporting system of canopy was introduced. By setting reasonable temperature joint, temperature stress analysis and structural measures, the problem of temperature stress of super-long stand structure was solved economically and effectively. In addition, considering the simultaneous work of cable towers, ring beams, inclined columns and the stand, envelope design should be conducted on the structure of the stand.
