无锡创意产业园A栋高层结构设计优化

[摘要]对无锡创意产业园A栋高层结构在扩初设计的基础上进行深入设计和优化,介绍了抽柱、核心筒布置、楼面梁设置等优化内容,说明了超长楼面、地下室顶板错层等处理措施;对剪力墙平面外设环梁的节点受力情况进行了有限元分析,结果表明这种节点处理措施有足够的安全性能。优化结果不但改进了设计,也节约了工程造价。

Structural design and optimization of a high-rise building in Wuxi Creative Industry Area

Abstract:The structural design of the A building in Wuxi Creative Industry Area was optimized. A lot of columns were omitted, the disposal of the interior shear wall and beams were changed, and the thickness of the floor slab was further decreased. Measures were given to the over-long floor and the staggered floor. A joint model of shear wall by FEM method was analyzed. The result shows that the capacity can satisfy with the design. With the results of the structural optimization, it is better not only for economic benefit, but also for safety of the structural system and interior space effect.
