某螺旋钢板仓倾斜事故分析与鉴定

摘 要

[摘要]螺旋钢板筒仓作为一种仓储类的现代特种结构,以用料省,环拉强度高,径向承压大,无渗漏的特点广泛应用于水泥、粮食等行业;在实际使用中各种因素导致筒仓开裂、崩溃、倾斜等事故经常发生。对某螺旋钢板仓倾斜事故现场进行详细调查,并结合构件强度、钢筋配置、截面尺寸、构造连接、安装偏差、裂缝、损伤、材料力学性能等项目的全面检测,对其在不同荷载工况下的有限元计算结果进行模拟分析,确定其事故的主要原因并给出处理意见及建议。

Analysis and appraisal of inclination accident of a spiral steel silo

Abstract:Spiral steel silo, as a kind of modern special storage structure, is widely used in cement, grain and other industries because of its characteristics of low material consumption, high ring tension strength, large radial pressure and no leakage. In actual use, various factors have caused accidents such as cracking, collapse, and tilting of the silo. Through the on-site test of the tilting accident of a spiral steel silo, combined with the test of the structural strength, reinforcement arrangement, section size, structural connection, installation deviation, crack, damage and mechanical properties of the actual material, the finite element calculation results under different load conditions were analyzed to determine the main cause of the accident and advice and suggestions were given.
