部分外包钢预应力组合梁试验与承载力设计方法研究*

[摘要]部分外包钢预应力组合梁是一种预应力新型结构,在施加单调荷载条件下,对8根部分外包钢预应力组合梁进行试验研究,其中1根为未施加预应力的普通组合梁,7根为施加不同张拉控制应力的部分外包钢预应力组合梁,通过变换预应力大小来研究该类型组合梁承载力性能。结合理论分析、公式推导以及国内外的研究文献,计算并推导其构件的承载力公式,对构件的开裂荷载、极限荷载进行了详细计算。其最终的理论计算值均与试验结果吻合良好,为该新型组合梁在实际工程中的应用与推广提供了理论基础。

Test and research on design method of bearing capacity of  partially-encased steel prestressed composite beam

Abstract:The partially-encased steel prestressed composite  beam is a new type of prestressed structure. Under the condition of monotonic loading, eight partially-encased steel prestressed composite  beams were tested. One of them was an ordinary composite beam without prestress force, and the other seven beams were a prestressed composite beam with different tension control stresses. The bearing capacity of this type of composite beam was studied by changing the prestress force. Combining with theoretical analysis, formula derivation and domestic and foreign research literature, the bearing capacity formula of the component was calculated and deduced, and the cracking load and ultimate load of the component were calculated in detail. The final theoretical calculation results were in good agreement with the experimental results, providing a theoretical basis for the application and popularization of this new composite beam in the practical engineering.
