苏州奥体中心游泳馆钢屋盖结构设计*

[摘要]苏州奥体中心游泳馆采用了107m大跨度马鞍形单层索网结构。计算考虑了风摩擦力的影响;对结构进行了考虑几何非线性和材料非线性的整体稳定分析;进行了无应力无涂装拉索、有应力无涂装拉索、有应力有涂装拉索的腐蚀试验;完成了柔性屋面大变形对附属结构影响研究;进行了屋面系统大变形试验;设置了钢屋盖健康监测系统。计算和试验结果表明结构各项指标能满足规范要求,健康监测系统显示结构施工和使用期间,实测应力变形与计算值贴合良好。

Structural design on steel roof of natatorium of Suzhou Olympics Sports Center

Abstract:The 107m large-span saddle-shaped single-layer cable net structure was adopted in the natatorium of Suzhou Olympic Sports Center. The influence of wind friction was taken into account in the calculation; the overall stability analysis of the structure was carried out considering geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity; the corrosion tests of stress-free non-coated cable, stressed non-coated cable and stressed coated cables were carried out; the research on the influence of large deformation of flexible roof on the auxiliary structure was completed; the large deformation test of the roof system was carried out; the steel roof health monitoring system was set up. The results of calculation and test show that each index of the structure can meet the requirements of the code. The health monitoring system shows that the measured stress and deformation fit well with the calculated value during the construction and use stages of the structure.
