苏州奥体中心体育场看台结构设计

[摘要]苏州奥体中心体育场看台混凝土结构的抗侧力系统为钢筋混凝土框架+防屈曲约束支撑结构。体育场混凝土结构为超长结构,最大外边线尺寸达800m。对超长混凝土结构进行应力分析,分析时考虑了混凝土收缩、温度变化、徐变应力松弛、混凝土刚度折减、桩基约束刚度和后浇带的封闭时间。通过上述应力分析并配合严格的施工要求,实现了800m超长混凝土结构不设缝、不设预应力筋。看台混凝土结构有三圈框架柱采用了型钢混凝土柱,对型钢混凝土柱与看台斜梁节点、与防屈曲约束支撑节点、与后张拉预应力梁节点、与钢柱脚节点等进行了详细分析与设计,保证了节点受力性能。

Structural design on stands of stadium of Suzhou Olympics Sports Center

Abstract:The anti-lateral force system of the concrete structure of the stadium stands of Suzhou Olympics Sports Center is a reinforced concrete frame + buckling-restrained braces. The concrete structure of the stadium is a super-long structure with a maximum size of 800m. The stress analysis of the super-long concrete structure was carried out considering the concrete shrinkage, temperature change, creep stress relaxation, concrete stiffness reduction, pile foundation restraint stiffness and casting time of post-pouring strip. Through the above stress analysis and strict construction requirements, the 800m super-long concrete structure was realized without deformation joints and prestressing tendons. The concrete frame of the stadium stands have three rows of steel reinforced concrete columns. Detailed analyses were conducted of the joints between steel-reinforced concrete columns and the stands inclined beam joints, joints between steel-reinforced concrete columns and the buckling-restrained braces, joints between steel-reinforced concrete columns and the post-tensioned prestressed beam joints, and joints between steel-reinforced concrete columns and the steel column foot, which ensure mechanical performance of the joints.
