[摘要]装配整体式混凝土结构竖向受力钢筋大多采用套筒灌浆连接,由于套筒内部堵塞、分仓不合理或爆仓等原因,常导致部分套筒灌浆不饱满,严重影响结构的安全。本文通过16组共48个试件,对在套筒不同位置修复灌浆缺陷的技术进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,可直接在套筒出浆孔通过注射器外接透明软管进行注射补灌;或者在套筒灌浆孔和出浆孔连线上灌浆料液面到达位置的附近钻孔,将该钻孔作为灌浆孔进行注射补灌。补灌后套筒接头的单向拉伸性能均能达到满灌时现行行业标准的规定,为目前大量存在的套筒灌浆缺陷提供了有效的解决手段。

Experimental study on repairing grouting defects at different positions of sleeve of monolithic precast concrete structure

Abstract:The vertical reinforcing bars of monolithic precast concrete structure are mostly connected by grouting sleeves. Due to internal blockage of the sleeve, unreasonable warehouse distribution or warehouse burst, the grouting of some sleeves is not full, which seriously affects the safety of the structure. Using 16 groups of 48 specimens, experimental study was conducted on the technique of repairing grouting defects in different positions of the sleeves. The research results show that injecting for supplementary grouting can be directly carried out through the transparent hose outside the syringe at the outlet hole of the sleeve. Or, a hole can be drilled near the line between the sleeve grouting hole and the grout outlet when the liquid level of the grouting material reaches the position, and this hole can be used as the grouting hole for injecting for supplementary grouting. The one-way tensile properties of the sleeve joint after the injecting for supplementary grouting can meet the current industry standards, which provides an effective solution for the defects of the sleeve grouting.
