[摘要]针对一种新型装配式框架——带非承重墙预制梁装配式混凝土框架的抗震性能进行了深入研究。通过对空框架、砌块填充墙框架、带非承重墙预制梁框架的足尺试件进行抗震性能试验,主要研究了各类填充墙及不同连接构造的预制非承重墙对框架受力性能的影响。结果表明,与传统砌块填充墙相比,预制非承重墙对框架受力性能的影响较大,破坏形态为框架受剪破坏,其承载力、刚度、耗能能力等提高显著,但变形能力及位移延性下降。根据试验结果,给出了预制非承重墙对框架结构的周期折减系数范围。试验研究表明,带非承重墙预制梁框架的抗震性能与砌块填充墙框架有较大区别,从结构分析、构件设计等方面均需要采用不同的设计方法。

Experimental study on seismic behavior of assembly concrete frame structure of precast girder with nonbearing wall

Abstract:The in-depth research on seismic behavior of a new type of assembly concrete frame of precast girder with nonbearing wall was studied. According to the seismic behavior experiment of full-scale specimen of empty frame, filled frame with block wall and frame with precast girder nonbearing wall, the influences of the precast nonbearing wall with various infill walls and different joint structures on frame mechanical performance were studied. The results indicate that compared with the traditional filled frame with block wall, the precast nonbearing wall has a greater impact on the frame mechanical performance. The failure mode is the shear failure of the frame, and its bearing capacity, stiffness and energy consumption were improved significantly, but the deformation capacity and displacement ductility were decreased. Based on the experiment results, the range of period reduction coefficient was given for precast nonbearing walls on frame structure. The experimental study shows that the seismic behavior of frame with precast nonbearing wall is quite different from that of filled frame with block wall. Different design methods are needed from structural analysis and component design.
