预制式构造柱约束墙体抗震性能试验研究*

[摘要]基于村镇砌体结构房屋的造价水平及施工条件,提出了2种预制式构造柱技术。进行了5个预制式构造柱约束墙体试件(3个预制式构造柱1约束墙和2个预制式构造柱2约束墙)的低周反复加载试验。对比分析了两种预制式构造柱与现浇构造柱在改善墙体破坏特征、滞回耗能特性、变形能力及刚度退化特征等方面的作用。试验结果表明,两种预制式构造柱可使墙体的裂缝发展更充分,能够提高墙体的耗能能力及变形能力,对刚度退化特征的影响不大。作为经济实用的构造柱技术,可在村镇建筑中使用。

Pseudo-static test of seismic behavior of walls constrained by precast tie-columns

Abstract:Two kinds of precast tie-columns were put forward for masonry structural buildings in rural areas according to the economic background and constructional abilities of rural buildings. Pseudo-static tests of five masonry walls, of which three wall specimens were  constrained by precast tie-columns 1 and two wall specimens were constrained by pre-cast tie-columns 2, were carried out. The seismic performance, including failure feature, dissipation capacity, deformation capacity and stiffness degradation, were investigated and distinguished. The results show that, the failure cracks develop more fully  than walls without any constraints. The plastic energy dissipation capacity and deformation capacity can be improved by two kinds of precast tie-columns, and the features of stiffness degradation are similar as walls without constraints. The two kinds of precast tie-columns can be used in masonry buildings in rural areas for economic and practice.
