石油科技国际研发中心结构设计

[摘要]石油科技国际研发中心由四个区组成,设计时根据建筑布局及高度,合理设置防震缝,将整个建筑分为6个形状规则的单独结构单元,并进行了详细的计算与分析。多功能厅等多个大空间的平面尺寸及使用荷载均较大,最大达33-6m×42m,同时结构高度受到很大限制,为满足建筑使用需要,采用了预应力技术,设计时进行了详细的方案优化及计算分析,合理地布置预应力钢筋,取得了很好的效果。建筑在2层、3层设置了6个连桥连接各个区,最大跨度达49-7m。经过多个方案对比分析,采用一端固定一端滑动的连接方式与两端主体结构连接,通过详细的计算分析和构造措施确保其安全。设计理念可供类似工程参考。

Structural design of International Research Center for Petroleum Science and Technology

Abstract:International Research Center for Petroleum Science and Technology is made up of four zones. According to the layout and height of the building, the building was rationally provided with several seismic joints. The whole building was divided into 6 individual buildings with regular shapes and was calculated and analyzed in detail. The plane size and load of some big span rooms, such as multi-function hall, were large. The largest size was 33-6×42 meters,and the height of the structure was limited. In order to meet the needs of building construction, prestressed  technology was adopted. During the design, detailed scheme optimization and  calculation analysis and reasonable arrangement of the prestressed reinforcement were carried out, and good effect was achieved. The second and third floor of the building was equipped with six corridors connected to each district. The maximum span of the connecting gallery is 49-7 meters. By comparing and analyzing, the connection mode with one end fixed and one end sliding was adopted to connect with the main structure. Detailed structural analysis and construction measures were taken to ensure building safety. The design concept can provide reference for similar projects.
