绝缘子串非线性风偏可靠度研究*

[摘要]针对绝缘子串非线性风偏可靠度问题,以500kV的3跨线路为研究对象建立了有限元模型,将其动态风偏响应结果与现行规范《110kV~750kV架空输电线路设计规范》(GB 50545—2010)中的刚性直棒法计算结果进行对比。根据设计随机变量的统计参数和风偏功能函数,运用蒙特卡洛(MC)方法和一次二阶矩方法计算了绝缘子串风偏可靠度指标并分析其影响因素。结果表明:按照一次二阶矩方法和MC方法计算的绝缘子串风偏可靠度指标结果一致。对于给定的杆塔,功能函数的线性化会在一定程度上高估绝缘子串风偏可靠度指标,但随着风速均值的增大,影响程度减弱。按照GB 50545设计的杆塔,其绝缘子串风偏可靠度指标会随着设计风速均值的增大而降低;按照现行规范对杆塔设计时,采用外径较大或者自重较小的导线(新型碳钎维导线),可能会出现其绝缘子串风偏可靠度指标低于目标可靠度指标的情况。

Study on nonlinear windage yaw reliability of insulator string

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of nonlinear windage yaw reliability of insulator string, the finite element model for three-span conductors was built, and its dynamic response results were compared with the results of the rigid rod method recommended by current design codes. According to the statistical parameters of design variables and the windage yaw performance function, Monte Carlo (MC) method and First Order Second Moment method were used to calculate the windage yaw reliability of insulator string and its influencing factors were analyzed. The results of windage yaw reliability of the insulator string calculated by MC method and First Order Second Moment method are consistent. For a given tower, the linearization of performance function will overestimate the windage yaw reliability of insulator string, and with the increase of the wind speed, the degree of influence will be weakened. The windage yaw reliability of the tower designed by current codes will decrease with the increase of mean value of wind speed. The windage reliability index of the insulator string may be lower than the target reliability index when the conductor with larger diameter or smaller deadweight (new type of carbon conductor).
