单肢火曲等边双角钢轴心受压构件的试验研究*

[摘要]提出一种新型单肢火曲等边双角钢构件。对长细比分别为60,80,100,120,140的单肢火曲双角钢构件和长细比为60,140的普通双角钢构件进行了轴心受压试验研究,得到了试件的破坏形态和稳定承载力,分析了长细比和构件形式对单肢火曲等边双角钢构件受力性能的影响。结果表明,普通双角钢试件发生绕非对称轴的弯曲变形,单肢火曲等边双角钢试件发生绕对称轴的弯曲变形;火曲对构件承载力的影响与长细比有关,长细比越大,其影响越小。

Experimental research of axial compression members with single-limb fired-curved equilateral double-angle steel

Abstract:A new type of single-limb fire-curled equilateral double-angle steel member was proposed. Axial compression tests of single-limb fire-curved double-angle steel members with slenderness ratios of 60, 80, 100, 120 and 140 and ordinary double-angle steel members with slenderness ratios of 60 and 140 were carried out. The failure modes and stable bearing capacity of the specimens were obtained. The effects of slenderness ratio and component types on the mechanical properties of single-limb fire-curved equilateral double-angle steel members were analyzed. The results show that the bending deformation of common double-angle steel specimens occurs around the asymmetric axis, and the bending deformation of single-limb fire-curved equilateral double-angle steel specimens around the symmetric axis. The influence of fire-curvature on the bearing capacity of components is related to slenderness ratio, and the larger the slenderness ratio, the smaller the influence.
