HRB500钢筋轻骨料混凝土叠合梁受弯性能试验研究*

摘 要

[摘要]对3根不同配筋率下采用HRB500组合封闭箍筋和纵筋的钢筋轻骨料混凝土叠合梁和3根对比试件进行了受弯性能试验,对叠合梁的正截面受弯承载力、抗裂性、挠度以及裂缝开展情况进行了分析。结果表明:采用HRB500组合封闭箍筋和纵筋的钢筋轻骨料混凝土叠合梁的破坏形态、受弯性能与整浇对比梁相近,梁正截面的平截面假定仍然适用,正截面受弯承载力、开裂荷载及挠度仍可按照现行规程JGJ 12—2006中的计算公式计算。

Experimental study on flexural behavior of lightweight aggregate concrete composite beams with HRB500 rebars

Abstract:Flexural behavior experiments were carried out on three reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete composite beams and three comparative specimens with HRB500 combined closed stirrups and longitudinal reinforcements under different reinforcement ratios, and the normal section flexural bearing capacity of the composite beams, the crack resistance, deflection and crack development were analyzed. The results show that the failure modes and flexural behaviors of the reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete composite beams with HRB500 combined closed stirrups and longitudinal reinforcement are similar to those of the cast-in-place comparison beams. The flat section assumption of the beam normal section is still applicable, and the normal section bending capacity, cracking load and deflection can still be calculated according to the calculation formula in the current regulation JGJ 12—2006.
