[摘要]对于核心筒长宽比接近2、高度200m以内的超高层结构,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系会导致两主轴方向动力特性差异较大,核心筒外加设剪力墙是一种结构动力特性合理的体系。结合工程实例,讨论了此种结构体系的适应性和合理性,对其进行了静力弹塑性分析,并针对此种体系的受力特点提出了对应的结构设计建议。分析表明,筒体外剪力墙在底部楼层可采用渐变斜墙转换来满足底部大空间的建筑功能,斜墙转折处宜埋设型钢以提高延性。

Super high-rise structural design of shearwall outside the corewall

Abstract:For the super high-rise structure with the ratio of length to width of corewall approaching 2 and the height less than 200m, the adoption of reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system will lead to a great difference in the dynamic characteristics of the two principal axes. The shearwall outside the corewall is a reasonable system of structural dynamic characteristics. Combining with engineering examples, the adaptability and rationality of the structure system were discussed, the static elastic-plastic analysis was carried out, and the corresponding structural design suggestions were put forward according to the mechanical characteristics of the system. The analysis shows that the transfer inclined wall can be used in the bottom floor of the external shearwall outside the corewall to meet the building function of the large space at the bottom, and the section steel should be embedded at the turning point of the inclined wall to improve ductility.
