高层建筑立面装饰构件设计风荷载探讨

[摘要]现代建筑外立面大量使用装饰构件,如遮阳板、扶手、百叶与女儿墙等,且风荷载一般为该类构件设计的控制荷载。由于风洞试验都采用缩尺模型,很难在常规风洞中直接测量小构件上的设计风荷载。为了确保外立面装饰构件在风荷载下的安全性与经济性,需要对高层建筑外立面装饰构件风荷载取值的合理性进行探讨。通过文献调查该类小构件所采用的风洞试验研究方法与分析主要国内外规范中有关外立面装饰构件荷载取值的相关规定,对我国《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB 50009—2012)中存在的问题进行了探讨,指出了当前设计规范与风洞试验方法存在的不足。然后,基于已有荷载规范与ARUP项目经验,给出了高层建筑立面小构件设计风荷载的估算公式,并结合ARUP典型项目中有关外立面小构件的风洞试验,对外立面构件试验方法的合理性与幕墙构件荷载取值进行讨论。最后指出了装饰小构件设计风荷载当前存在的问题与并给出了相应的对策建议,可供工程设计与规范修订提供参考。

Discussion on design wind load of facade decorative fittings for high-rise buildings

Abstract:Decorative fittings such as sun shades, handrails, louvers and parapets are widely used on the facades of modern buildings, and wind loads is normally the controlled load for the design of such small components. It is difficult to measure the design wind load directly in conventional wind tunnel because the scale model is usually used in physical wind tunnel test. To ensure the safety and economy of exterior facade decoration fittings under wind load, it is necessary to discuss the rationality of the value of wind load of exterior facade decoration components around high-rise buildings. Based on literature review  of the wind tunnel test research methods adopted by this kind of small components and   analysis of the relevant provisions of the main domestic and foreign codes on load values of decorative fittings for facades, the problems existing in the Load code for the design of building structures (GB 50009—2012) in China were discussed, and the shortcomings of current design codes and wind tunnel test methods were pointed out. Then, based on the existing load code and ARUP project experience, the wind load estimation formulas of small facade fittings of high-rise buildings were given. Combining with the wind tunnel tests of small facade fittings in typical ARUP projects, the rationality of the test methods of small facade fittings and the load value of curtain wall components were discussed. Finally, the existing problems of wind load on small decorative fittings were pointed out and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were given, which could provide references for engineering design and revision of codes.
