基于三维激光扫描技术的复杂岩壁基础可视化协同设计研究*

[摘要]以世茂深坑酒店工程为背景,详细介绍了三维激光扫描技术在该工程复杂岩壁基础可视化协同设计中的应用。首先,采用三维激光扫描仪对深坑进行扫描作业,获得深坑三维点云数据。然后,将处理好的点云数据建立深坑的三维模型。在此基础上,结合建筑基础三维模型进行可视化协同设计,包括承台标高检查、基础承台优化设计、建筑结构与岩壁碰撞分析等。最后,利用岩壁的三维模型,进行土方量计算、有限元模型建立、等高线绘制等。从三维扫描到三维建模应用,实现了建筑主体与周围岩壁环境的可视化协同设计,可及时发现问题,避免了重复与返工,节约了大量时间和成本。

Research on visual collaborative design of complex rock foundation based on 3D laser scanning technology

Abstract:Based on the engineering of Shanghai Shi Mao Chasm Hotel, the application of 3D laser scanning technology in visual collaborative design of complex rock foundation was introduced in detail. Firstly, a 3D laser scanner was used to scan large chasm to get the point clouds data of the chasm. Secondly, the point clouds were used to establish 3D model of the chasm. Visual collaborative design was taken using the 3D model of the building foundation, including the cushion cap elevation inspection, the optimization design of foundation cushion cap and the impact analysis of the building structure and rock. Lastly, the 3D model of the rock was used to calculate the quantity of soil, establish the finite element model, and draw the contour. 3D scanning and 3D modeling application could realize the visual collaborative design between the main building and the surrounding rock environment, to discover problems in time and avoid needless duplication and reworking. In this way, it saved a lot of time and cost.
