地震动有效峰值加速度的统计分析*

[摘要]动力时程分析被广泛应用于结构设计,而确定地震动有效峰值加速度EPA是选择动力时程分析地震动加速度记录的基础。讨论了中国和美国相关规范的EPA定义及参数取值的差异。由于EPA定义与地震动的加速度反应谱相关,给出了222组实际地震的加速度记录的反应谱,并对相关结果进行了统计分析。根据不同的EPA定义,计算了各组地震动水平分量和竖向分量的EPA,分析了结果的差异及离散性。

Statistical analysis of seismic effective peak acceleration

Abstract:Dynamic time-history analysis is widely used in structural design, and determining seismic effective peak acceleration (EPA) is the basis of selecting seismic acceleration record of dynamic time-history analysis. The difference of the definitions and parameters of EPA between Chinese and American codes was discussed. As the definition of EPA is related to the response spectra of seismic acceleration, the response spectra of 222 seismic acceleration records were given, and the related results were statistically analyzed. According to the different definitions of EPA, the EPA of horizontal and vertical components of each seismic acceleration record were calculated, and the difference and deviation of the results were analyzed.
