杭州之门项目大跨度悬垂网格钢结构设计

[摘要]杭州之门项目的主体结构为两栋基本对称布置的建筑高度为302m的高层塔楼,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。两栋塔楼底部之间为跨度约60m的拱形钢桥,大跨度悬垂网格钢结构横跨于两栋塔楼之间,位于塔楼21层以下及钢桥之上。重点介绍了悬垂钢结构屋顶及侧墙系统的结构理念、屋顶找型、节点细化、大跨度屋顶钢网格的施工顺序、网格变形对玻璃面板的影响。另外,对于柔性钢网格屋顶的风洞测试、两栋塔楼变形对悬垂屋顶的影响、悬垂屋顶及侧墙的侧向约束系统、网格节点有限元分析也进行了系统介绍。该三维悬垂网格钢结构及侧墙系统属于世界首创,对今后的类似项目有较为重要的参考价值。

Design of long-span suspended grid steel structure of Hangzhou Gate project

Abstract:The main structures of Hangzhou Gate project include two basically symmetrically arranged high-rise towers with the architectural height of 302m, which adopts the reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system. Between the bottom of the two towers, there is a steel arch bridge with the span of about 60m. The long-span suspended grid steel structure spans between the towers and is located below the level 21 of the two towers and above the steel bridge. Structural concept of the suspended steel roof and side wall structural system, roof form-finding, grid connection node refinement, construction sequence of long-span roof steel grid, and influence of grid deformation on glass panels were mainly introduced. In addition, the wind tunnel test of flexible steel grid roof, the influence of deformation of two towers on the suspended roof, the lateral restraint system of the suspended roof and the side wall, and the finite element analysis of grid nodes were also comprehensively introduced. The three-dimensional suspended grid steel structure and side wall system are the first in the world, and have important reference value for similar projects in the future.
