墙体受拉对框架-核心筒结构抗震性能的影响*

[摘要]以一个8度区、98m高的框架-核心筒结构为例,通过静力非线性分析和动力弹塑性时程分析,研究在水平荷载作用下墙体出现受拉情况后,结构抗震性能的变化和破坏模式的发展。结果表明,墙体受拉后,抗侧刚度快速下降,内力发生重分布,受拉、受压墙肢承担的内力差异增大;受压侧墙肢承担了主要内力,结构最终因首层受压侧墙肢压弯承载力不足、无法继续抵抗外力而破坏。

Influence of shear wall under tensile condition on seismic performance of frame-core wall structure

Abstract:The seismic performance variety and failure mechanism development of a 8 degree zone and 98m height frame-core wall structure were studied through static and dynamic nonlinear analysis methods, when shear wall may be in tensile state after resisting the horizontal loads. The results show that when shear wall under tensile condition, the lateral stiffness of core wall would degrade rapidly and the internal forces would redistribute. The difference of internal force between the tensile wall and the compression wall would increase. The compression wall bears main forces. Because of the insufficient flexural capacity of the compression wall, the structure wouldn′t resist external forces any more and would be destroyed.
